PRICING FAQ

Pricing questions, answered

Do you charge hourly, flat rate, or both?

We can price jobs either hourly or as a flat-rate quote, depending on the scope and how clear the task is. For straightforward repairs and installs, a fixed price is often best. For troubleshooting or open-ended lists, hourly keeps things fair. We’ll confirm the approach before we start.

Is there a minimum service call or trip charge?

Yes—most visits include a minimum service call to cover travel, setup time, and the first block of labor. If you have multiple small items, bundling them into one visit usually lowers your total cost. Reach out with your list and we’ll recommend the most cost-effective plan.

Can you give a price estimate from photos or a video?

Often, yes. Send clear photos (and measurements if you can) and a short description of the issue. For larger or more complex work, we may suggest an on-site look to verify materials, access, and any hidden damage so the quote stays accurate.

What’s included in the price—materials, cleanup, and disposal?

Labor is included, and we always leave the work area tidy. Materials are typically separate unless your quote specifically includes them. If disposal, haul-away, or specialty parts are needed, we’ll call that out up front so you can approve costs before we proceed.

Do you offer discounts for property managers or multiple units?

Yes. If you manage multiple properties or have recurring maintenance needs, we can set up bundled visits or a preferred rate for repeat work. The best way to price this is to share the number of units and typical tasks, and we’ll build an option that fits.

How do payments work, and when is payment due?

Payment is due when the job is complete unless we agree otherwise in writing. For larger projects or special-order materials, we may request a deposit. We’ll confirm the payment method and timeline before the work begins—no last-minute surprises.
